This is a wonderful sweater for that in between age - not quite little girl and not yet teen-ager perfect for the eleven-to- twelve-year-old actually, and I have the not-quite-twelve-year-old who is perfect for it, except I need to find a yellow I like for it -- that will be the hard part of this project.

The is a beautiful jacket pattern with lots of grown up details. When looking at the actual pattern, I see that the designer made it with a specific girl in mind in the 10-12 age bracket. She did not provide adjustments for other sizes. Perhaps you can find a similar pattern and insert the design elements such as the garter stitch rows outlining the bodice and the navy and white hem.

where can I find this back to school cardigan pattern

I am trying to make this pattern for my 6 year old granddaughter but the pattern is a larger size. Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated )

Hi Member 1565939, We suggest leaving a comment on the original pattern page so that the designer will see it. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

I bought the pattern and downloaded it but was disappointed that it's only in one size. I would like to make it for my younger granddaughter and need about a size 6. Any help?

I would love to have a copy of your pattern the cardigan and young lady both look great

I know this particular one is a little hard to find! Once you click "Click here for knitting pattern," you will be taken to the blogger's site. In her right hand menu, there is a section called "the knitting pattern for." Underneath that section, click "the Libby." A google doc with the full pattern will then open in your browser. Editors of AllFreeKnitting

The link is on the right of her blog page. Look under knitting patterns for "The Libby". I clicked on it and found the full pattern.

I can not find this patter. I really like it and would like to start on it.

Finally...found it on the right..thanks!

I cannot retrieve the pattern for Libby. Please help.

Is it hiding somewhere else. I sure cannot find it

Well, I sure can't find this! I clicked on the link above, then went halfway down on the right and clicked on "the libby" and this is what I got: Pattern: My own. I am going to write it up soon, if anyone is interested. so what now? That pattern isn't on this website???? I give up!!!

As if by magic, the pattern has appeared, exactly where it should be. Thank you.

I too can't find the pattern. Going round in circles. It's definitely not listed on the right hand side after clicking "Click here for knitting pattern". Where is it?

To get the pattern, click on "Libby" on the right hand column about 1/2 way down page.

cant get pattern.

For those of you having trouble finding the pattern - If you follow the link above that says "Click here for knitting pattern," you will be directed to the designer's website. Nope, couldn't find the pattern link!

I love this sweater but would need to make it in a larger size, any advice?

I, too, still can't find the pattern.

I love this, however, I still cannot find the pattern. Can someone help? I would like to see if it is something I could do. Thanks!

Pattern update: the link on the designer's end should be fixed now. Thanks so much for all of your patience. - Editors of AllFreeKnitting

Hi Everyone, just wanted to give you an update. The designer is working on fixing the link to her pattern. In the mean time, she gave us a pdf to send out to people who requested it. If you would like the pattern immediately, please contact us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. Thanks so much for your patience. - Editors of AllFreeKnitting

Has anyone solved the mystery of where the pattern is please as i would love to knit it. Thanks Diane

Thanks for persuing this. Apparently you have found and posted a pattern that many people would like to make. Problems come up anytime you work with as many files, designers, etc. as you must have to in order to give us this fabulous resource. You do a great job and a good (FREE! remember, folks) job.

Hi everyone, we apologize for the inconvenience, but it looks like the site that hosts the pattern is currently down. We have contacted the designer and are hoping to get this fixed soon. We will keep you all posted. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this issue to our attention. - Editors of AllFreeKnitting

I was going to knit this for my 9 y/o for school! I'm going to email the pattern maker ' A friend to knit with' to see if she can email me the pattern. It's under her profile lesliecla@comcast.net

Can't get to the pattern! Mobile Me is 'closed' -- in fact no longer exists, as I remember. So this cute pattern (and I have 11 granddaughters!) won't work!

I like this pattern also but sure didn't any place it could be downloaded.

Where is the pattern? Pictures are not enough for me at this stage. You promise directions but don't give them. Frustrating. hope you fix it.
