how do I print out a pattern without all the ads on the page?

To print without all the ads, wasting paper and ink, with the page open, right click on your mouse, this opens a new dialog box, in the box click on "print", this will take you to print preview, in print preview, scroll through to just the pages that have the pattern on them, remember the numbers, uncheck "all" and type the numbers in the box and click print. The reason people are getting all the ads and so much paper is that the majority of printer are set to print "all" as default, many don't know you can change this and only print specific pages. Hope this helps, happy knitting!

These dishcloths are absolutely precious! I am a sucker for a good seed stitch pattern and I really like this one. They are just so cheerful and would make an absolutely wonderful gift. I think that it would be lovely to make some of these up for a housewarming gift in the colour of the host's kitchen and maybe tie them with a pretty ribbon around some wooden spoons. It would really be something that came from the heart. Overall, this is a quick knit pattern that doesn't require much time or financial investment. It's a good pattern for novice knitters to practice their knitting and purling. I have already pinned this lovely pattern on my pin board.

These wash cloths are soooo perky! It's February here and I could sure use a touch of spring. These are just the ticket! I bet they would look adorable crafted in white and placed along side some cheery colored handmade soap as a gift. This one is definitely a keeper!

These are so pretty - I just love the soft pastel colors. What I really like is the fancy border on these dishcloths. It's a little extra touch that you don't usually see in dishcloth patterns because they're such simple things. I sometimes feel funny giving people handmade gifts because I never know if they'll really appreciate all the work that goes into them, but with this pattern I'm sure they'll notice them and admire them just as much as I do.

I've been wanting to try out seed stitch, and I'm happy to find this quick project to practice with. Since it's such a small project, I won't have to be too disappointed if it doesn't turn out well.

Dishcloths and washcloths are perfect projects to learn new techniques and stitches. I've seen patterns for intarsia, miters, short rows, lace and all kinds of cables. They're really great - have fun!

These look very much like the one's my mum had .

these colours are bright happy ones - if one has to wash dishes then add colour and happiness -- these would be great as gifts and gifts to your own kitchen the printing suggestion below works well -- thanks

Pretty cheerful, washcloths. They would make a perfect housewarming gift for a new neighbor. They are simple to make and the designers choice of colors is beautiful. So why not make some for your own kitchen while making a few to give away?

why can't we print this out it is to long to hand write. there are others that I like and again you can't print them. Very up setting.

Thank you for your message. We suggest that you go to the page and highlight the text, then right-click on it. You'll get a window that gives you the option to "copy." Do that, and then paste the text into a word document. You should be able print that document that way. Another option is to highlight exactly what you would like to be printed. Then, select print from your drop-down menu, and change your print range from all to selection. Editors of AllFreeKnitting

Great pattern. Easy to follow and beautiful results. I increased the CO to make it larger.

I love the colors of these washcloths. I'm going to make these with yarn that is very soft, because I'm going to use them for my bathe. Thank you so much for the pattern.
