Mugs have become a vehicle for expression in our modern world.  You can get mugs adorned with almost anything you can think of, and many people use the versatility of mugs to publicly display their interests.  Knitters aren’t exempt from this mug culture, and there are some truly cute mugs out there just for knitters.  Pawley Studios, based out of Kentucky, makes gorgeous handmade ceramics just for knitters. 

Besides creating lovely yarn bowls, Amanda Pawley creates an array of yarn-inspired ceramics.  I got the chance to get up close and personal with an adorable I Heart Yarn mug.  I’m a tea aficionado, so it goes without saying that I love my mugs, too.  The light blue I Heart Yarn mug is wonderfully made.  It has an inherent handcrafted charm, but has obviously been crafted by a professional.  “I <3 Yarn” is inscribed on the side of the mug in bold letters.  This mug is perfect for any knitter (or crocheter).  It’s functional, attractive, well crafted, and big.  You can’t ask for anything more from a mug.
