That sweater... upside down is absolutely UGLY! Someone has a sick mind to think this is anywhere near nice. As one reader said..."Is this a joke".

I could think of one thing this sweater would be good for: when you have chicken pox and you're not allowed to scratch!!! In the description it states "beyond comfortable". Come on! Is this a joke? How are you supposed to move your arms????? That's where it would come in handy when have chicken pox or any other "itchy but not allowed to scratch" condition.

I would love to see the four different ways within which this sweater could be worn, because just looking at the picture I'm stumped.

Ugly is ugly and this sweater is it. It looks more like a mini straight jacket to me. How far can she move her arms? Come on folks, lets look for pretty, sophisticated, charming, cute.

My personal opinion is that if I saw this sweater on anyone I would think something was off around the shoulder area and they simply didn't know how to knit yet. I also fail to see the attraction nor would I care to invest my time and yarn money in a sweater that didn't let me move my arms. But..........perhaps I am missing the point, which would be very possible. :)

This is not a criticism, I swear, but why is this sweater so popular? Someone tell me why they like it?

I looked at the pattern for the backwards sweater and discovered Pickles does not list the gauge for the yarn. Are there other companies that practice this? Or is this practice a UK thing?
