I am going to try it with an acrylic bulk yarn as suggested in the pattern -- the bulky yarn is obviously a typo (these things happen) - the big question is whether or not to choose a multi colour or solid colour going to have to take a year off work and devote every hour of it to knitting to accomplish even half of my to-knit list

something is wrong with this pattern-it states here that its bulky yarn, but when you go to the pattern it says bulk yarn-not the same thing. also, 5mm needles with bulky yarn is going to be stiff as a board to knit with absolutely no drape and it will not be flexible, as it appears in the pictures. The pictures of the yarn show it to be much lighter than bulky yarn. I am going to try this with Caron simply soft yarn and see how it goes-wish me luck!
