cant download this pattern can you just send it to me?

I cannot get this pattern! I have tried 3 times- ripped it all out and started over. I end up with a mess! SSK- slip 2 stitches off the needles completley or just over to the other needle- I have tried BOTH ways. NOT A N+BEGIIMER PATTERN

SSK is slip each stitch knit wise to the left needle and then knit the two stitches together. They have great videos on u-tube for this type of stitch just type in slip slip knit

If you really can't grasp the ssk, then just do it the way we used to: slip one stitch, knit the second, and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted one. The look is the same, except that ssk does dend to look neater.,

I usually just K2togtbl (knit 2sts together through back of loops), a lot easier.

I am unable to download this pattern. I have Adobe Acrobat but keep keeping a runtime error and my internet then closes..any suggestions?

I'm over 1/2 way done with this and I love it! I would say I'm an "advanced beginner", that is, I can knit and purl with very few mistakes and I've learned just a couple of altertative stitches, but so far I'm only comfortable doing patterns at the "Easy" level. This one has been perfect for my level, giving me a challenge but not frustrating, and I'm getting lots practice doing YO's, ssk's, and 2tog's! Thanks for this pattern, it's just what I was looking for (And I my mother-in-law will love it as her birthday present too!) This is a great stepping-stone pattern for those wanting to advance from a beginner level :D

@LePat, To download the pattern, click the link that says "Click here for knitting pattern," and then follow the link on the new window that opens up that reads "download free pattern." The pattern is a PDF file, so you will also need the latest version of Adobe in order to open the file. Hope this helps! --Editor of AllFreeKnitting
