This looks like a fun project but the link doesn't work. Typically you would knit a long rectangle, like a scarf, all in garter stitch and then gather the sides together. That's what it looks like in the photo. Maybe the link can be fixed and so we can see the pattern.

I rather like this garter stitch cushion. I think that this will be a great addition to a child's playroom. These ball type cushions can be knitted in vibrant colors and the children can play and throw them around with ease. The pattern is easy to read and a beginner to an advanced knitter can get joy when knitting this pattern. I light knit while watching TV. One can also use a thicker yarn and knitting needles creating a more chunky ball cushion. I am sure this will also liven up any room having them in vibrant colors. I think that this pattern calls for more bright vibrant colors as to the more subdued colors. What do you think. This will go on my to try out list for 2017. I will follow up letting you know how my project turns out.

That link expired, evidently. There's nothing there. That stinks because this is exactly what I was looking for.

Hello ttolentino1221 870 1629, the link has been updated. You can now view the pattern in full. Sorry for the inconvenience. -Editors of AllFreeKnitting
