I think this Christmas skate ornament is super cute and I think the use of the paper clip is really clever as well. I will definitely be trying to make this for my tree this year. I think there will be a few people looking for me to make these for them)

I love knitting Christmas decorations and stocking fillers and this is one of the most original I've seen. It's such a clever and creative use of a paperclip. mg57's idea to make garlands or bunting is such a brilliant one. Is anyone like me? Do you start making this year's Christmas gifts in January?

Whether you knit or crochet, you can make an ice skate! This looks like an easy and quick pattern to make. Good directions. Change your needle size, knit a bunch, and make a garland for your tree, or to put above your fireplace, or hang up in your window. Make ice skate garlands for winter birthday parties.
