This is a truly inspired idea. I would make them in a terra gotta color. But for Christmas time maybe reds and green with tiny ball ornaments hanging on the top lip. It would really dress them up and perk up the holiday feeling. Thank you for the pattern and the inspiration.

This is seriously so cute! I have a few plants that are in pots that I just don't like. This is a perfect way to cover up the ugly!!

I can't decide whether this is really cool or rather strange, but I think I'll make one before I decide for sure. I have a few houseplants in pots that could stand some sprucing up I just never thought to make a knitted cover for them. It might be fun to knit a bunch of them for various holidays.

This is a different idea that can be used to spruce up those planters you are tired of looking at. It can also be dolled up with a little knit in pattern or an attached motif. A self striping yarn would look really festive or holiday colors

What a clever idea! Plants don't always come in the most attractive pots, so this knit cover is a great solution.
