Knitting for charity is one of the best things you can do as an avid knitter. These Lace Edged Chemo Caps are not only easily to knit, but they make great hats for donations as well. Whether you decide to make the hat with a scalloped lace edge or that hat with lovely madiera lace, both can knit with worsted weight yarn.

Oh, these patterns are so pretty. I think that's so important at a time when women may not feel attractive from the effects of chemotherapy. Although they look really delicate, like they'd be made with small needles and lightweight yarn, the average size needles and worsted yarn means they'd work up rather quickly. I like quicker projects like this when knitting for charity because I like to donate a lot at once.

For those who want to print just the pattern press CTRL ( Control ) and p at the same time and you can pick the pages you want to print.

I knit chemo hats for children to age 12. Is it possible for you to give directions for children's sizes? Hats are cute and I always try to make different types. Thanks.

Does anyone know how to convert the Lace Edged Chemo Cap pattern to knitting on a loom?
