Hi. What does the "*" mean in the pattern? Thanks.

That symbol in a pattern will be the stop and start of a section that is repeated.

Is these two patterns easy

i am currently making the Vertical Lines version of this pattern. I am using Worsted Weight yarn, so used the Medium size directions and #8 needles. It is coming out very nice. This pattern is easy to do and has a nice hand. Love IT!!!

loucam33 5317402 Can some one tell me how I can get patterns. I have registered, have password but can not print a pattern.

when you click the link "Click here for knitting pattern" you can sometimes print from that screen. Sometimes there is a way to save it in .PDF format to your computer. You can at the very least save the pattern from THIS screen into My Knitting Patterns once you log in. I use an iPad and it works a little differently, but I also select the text of the pattern and copy and paste it to an App like Word and then print it. Hope this helps.

Looks really nice, and easy to knit.

Check the exact meaning of the word 'disparate'????
