This is an easy to make lap-ghan pattern. The size is 3 feet by 6 feet, which I'd be tempted to shorten to 3 feet and make it basically square. It could be an excellent stash buster project since you could do whatever you'd like with the color, or mix and match colors.

This pretty moss stitch afghan adds a lot of texture. You can easily adjust the size by adding multiples of two stitches. I think knitting this afghan in an off white would be elegant but you could just as easily knit it in team colors or rainbow stripes.
