@ronengle 0961517: I'm happy to help! Glad you were able to download our patterns.

JessiCan: Thank you for your helpful information. With the help of my grandaughter we installed Adobe Reader. I now can copy patterns and store patterns for future use. With all the new tech it sometimes leaves us senior citizens in the dust. Thank you. Karen Engle

@ ronengle 0961517: Hi Karen. I'm so sorry you are having trouble with the site. If you are making sure to click the "click here for knitting pattern" link, you should be taken to the pattern's original page, which is usually a designer's blog or website. From there, you may need to click on another link to download the pattern, depending on how the designer has the pattern formatted. A common problem is that the pattern is available for download as a PDF, and you may not have the correct version of PDF reader. If you haven't already tried this, you may want to download the most recent version of the free Adobe Reader. You can download it here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/. I hope this helps! -- AllFreeKnitting Editors

What is the secret to viewing and copying your knitting patterns. I have registered and have a password, more than once. I have had advice such as to be sure and click on the Click here for knitting pattern. DUH! One of your other knitters offered to send me the hat pattern for the Easy Baby Hat Pattern, and I thank her for that, but I couldnt copy that one either. I was very excited about your web site, but have lost confidence in it, and I am ready to cancel it. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Karen Engle

I had the same problem until I asked my son what to do, its so simple you hold down the ctrl button and the p button and the print icon comes up and click print. You have the pattern. It took me a long fustrating time to try to get it, finally I bothered my son (computor sicence whiz.)
